At My Time Massage in North Branch, MN we strive to provide the absolute best experience possible. Massage therapy is such an important asset to one’s health. Whether you sit in an office chair for eight hours a day, work in construction, are a tattoo artist or a stay-at-home mom – we all need massage therapy. It is both restorative, and preventive health care, not to mention — relaxing and well deserved!
Expecting mother? We have everything you need to be comfortable as possible during this amazing time in your life. We provide specific prenatal cushions and positioning that can even enable your ability to lay face down into the 3rd trimester!
If you find being touched difficult, we have relaxation and healing offerings for you too. Our sauna is available to guests not receiving a massage, as well as those receiving treatments. And if your hands and feet need some attention, we will do a paraffin dip on them, which is a lovely revitalizing and refreshing experience.

The team at My Time Massage is comprised of certified and nurturing Massage Therapists working on site in their own dedicated rooms. We are friendly, skilled, professional and grateful for the opportunity to work with you.
If this is your first massage, don’t worry! We will walk you through everything to make sure you’re comfortable. If you’re suffering from bad back problems and are concerned about getting on a table, we absolutely have the right ways to help you, whether we work on you in a chair or prop you carefully with our specific massage therapy cushions.

This massage is not quite long enough to cover a full body treatment; therefore, it is great for focusing only on those extra tight muscles that may be causing pain. It is also a good massage for anyone new to massage and may be a bit apprehensive. These 30 minutes are enough time to experience what massage is about.

Chair Massage
A therapist will assist you in sitting in a special chair where you can have your head, neck, shoulder, arms and back massaged. This massage is perfect if you are short on time and need to get your upper body muscles released. You do not unclothe and oil is not used so it is great to do during your lunch time if your schedule is too full for a longer table massage. Those uncomfortable with the idea of getting undressed or lying on a table will like this as well.

Thirty and 60-minute massage for pregnant women in any stage of pregnancy. We have been trained in prenatal to be able to offer a massage safe for both mom and baby. We have prenatal cushions that can allow mom to lie face down!

Detoxifying Sauna Session
A 30-minute session in a two-person sauna. You may use the sauna by yourself or with a companion. Your session may also be added to a massage. Sauna sessions are beneficial for:
Glowing healthy skin – blood flow to the skin increases during a sauna session. With more essential nutrients being available to surface tissue, the quality of the skin gradually improves.
Detoxification – the heat releases poisons and heavy metals beneath the skin so that they can be removed through perspiration.
Hyperthermia – exposure to the high heat creates an artificial fever state. Fever stimulates the body’s natural healing process. As a result, your immune system will produce greater numbers of disease-fighting white blood cells and antibodies to eliminate viruses and other pathogens.

Hot Stone
This massage consists of over 30 basalt stones that are heated in warm water. The warmth and the energy from the basalt stones make for an extremely relaxing, penetrating and detoxifying full-body massage. We use special stones for placement on various areas such as chakra points, muscles along your back, and even between your toes, while the rest of the stones are used to massage with. It feels great especially when the weather gets chilly!

Foot Reflexology

Our therapists will go to your home, office, or even vacation homes with tables or massage chairs, linens, oils, and music. Great for parties, or weekends with family and/or friends. They can do chair massages, as well as table massages. Just let us know what we need to bring and we’re there!
